By visiting our site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority where you live, to place an order with us. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you have permission to use them.
4. Our Products
We sell women's and men's clothing, footwear and accessories. We do our best to display colours, fabrics and details accurately, but the way an item appears depends on your screen, so slight variation is normal. Product measurements are given as a guide; where a size chart is available on a product page, that is the most accurate reference.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue an item, or withdraw a product from sale at any time. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was incorrect, if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
8. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order. Accepted payment methods, security, declined payments and chargebacks are described in full in our Transactions Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing support@casamodaboutique.com. After that window the order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Processing takes 1–3 business days and shipping takes 6–12 business days, for a total of approximately 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
12. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind, wrong size or exchange, and by us for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. 13. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@casamodaboutique.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
14. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
15. Accuracy of Your Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact details. We are not able to cover the cost of parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to place fraudulent or automated orders, to scrape or copy our content, or to upload malicious code. We may restrict access to anyone who breaches this section.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
18. Customer Submissions
If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Discount codes and promotions are valid only during their stated period, apply only to eligible items, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time and may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, carrier disruption, strikes, power or network failures, and government restrictions. Where such an event occurs, we will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
