Do you provide size information?

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number before sending anything back. Our support team will provide the return instructions and address. Shipping and customs costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return costs. Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days , to your original payment method. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email support@casamodaboutique.com – Your order number – Clear photos of the damage – A short description of the issue We'll make it right as quickly as possible. Thank you for being part of our community — your satisfaction matters to us.

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes. We currently only deliver to the U.S. The estimated delivery time is: Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) Shipping time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday) Total delivery time: approx. 7–15 business days from date of purchase. What payment methods do you accept?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and in any case before it has shipped. Just email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number. Once your tracking status changes to shipped we're unable to cancel, but you're welcome to return your item once it arrives.
