We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number before sending anything back. Our support team will provide the return instructions and address.
Shipping and customs costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return costs.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days, to your original payment method.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Just email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number. After that window your order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to return your item once it arrives.
