We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number before sending anything back. Our support team will provide the return instructions and address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for a change of mind, wrong size or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we pay the return shipping.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Swimwear, lingerie and shapewear can only be returned with the hygiene seal intact, and pierced earrings cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days, to your original payment method.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Just email support@casamodaboutique.com with your order number. After that window your order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you're welcome to return your item once it arrives.
